# Help and support

> Get help with Vixi, book a walkthrough, contact the support team, and request new features from inside the course creator app.

When you have a question or an idea, Vixi gives you a few ways to reach the team and to shape what gets built next. Everything lives in the left sidebar under **Chat With Us** and **Request Feature**.

## Where to find help

Open the left sidebar in the course creator at `https://create.vixiai.co`. Two items take you to everything in this page:

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Chat With Us" icon="life-ring">
    Get help, book a walkthrough, or email the support team.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Request Feature" icon="lightbulb">
    Suggest a feature and upvote ideas from other creators.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Get help and contact support

Select **Chat With Us** in the sidebar. The page heading reads **We've got your back!**, and you'll see your support options. You can also reach everything directly with the links below.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Book a demo" icon="calendar" href="https://calendly.com/alzahabi-vixiapp/30min">
    Grab a 30-minute walkthrough of the AI course maker.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Email support" icon="envelope" href="mailto:support@vixiai.co">
    [support@vixiai.co](mailto:support@vixiai.co)
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

### Book a demo

Select the **Book a demo** card to open a [scheduling page](https://calendly.com/alzahabi-vixiapp/30min) in a new tab and pick a time. The call runs about 30 minutes, and the team walks you through the AI course maker live. This is a good fit if you'd rather be shown around than read a guide.

### Contact us

Select the **Contact Us** card to open a short pop-up with the support email address, [support@vixiai.co](mailto:support@vixiai.co). Send an email to that address and the customer support team will respond.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the support page">
    Select **Chat With Us** in the sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the contact pop-up">

    The pop-up shows the support email address — [support@vixiai.co](mailto:support@vixiai.co). Send your email there, then select **Okay** to close the pop-up.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  Email is the right channel for account questions, billing, anything that needs a personal reply, or a problem that the Help Center doesn't cover.
</Tip>

<Note>
  The **Book a demo** link opens in a new tab, so your work in Vixi stays open in the original tab.
</Note>

## Request a feature

Vixi has a public feature board where you can suggest improvements and vote on what other creators have asked for. Select **Request Feature** in the sidebar to open it. The board is titled **Give us your feedback**.

<Tip>
  A clear title and a sentence or two about *why* you need the feature help the team understand and prioritise your request.
</Tip>

### Upvote ideas you want

Each idea on the board has an upvote button showing its current vote count. Select it to add your vote; the count goes up and the button highlights. Select it again to remove your vote. Voting tells the team which ideas matter most to creators like you.

Select **Read more** on any idea to open its full description and any attached screenshots.

### See your own requests

Select **Your requests** (under **View your requests** on the board) to see a list of the ideas you've submitted.

<Info>
  The feature board is shared across creators, so the ideas and vote counts you see reflect the whole community, not just your account.
