When you sell a paid course, your earnings build up in your Vixi balance. The Earnings page is where you watch that balance grow, set up the bank account we wire to, request a payout, and download a statement for your accountant. Open it from Earnings in the left sidebar at https://create.vixiai.co.
Only paid courses earn money. If you want a course to generate earnings, switch it to a paid price first. See Publish and share for how pricing and publishing work.

What you see on the page

The Earnings page is a single screen. From top to bottom, it shows:
  • This month and Lifetime headline cards — your net earnings for each period, with gross sales, fees, and the number of sales below each figure.
  • Available to withdraw — the amount you can request a payout for right now.
  • Payout threshold — a progress bar showing how close your available balance is to the minimum needed to withdraw.
  • Pending, Maturing, and Paid out lifetime — three smaller stat cards (more on these below).
  • By course — a table of every paid course with its purchases, refunds, and net earned.
  • Payout history — every payout you’ve requested and its status.
  • Bank beneficiary — the account we send your money to.
  • Annual statement — a downloadable CSV of your sales, refunds, and payouts.

Understanding your balances

Your earnings move through a few stages before you can withdraw them.
Money that is ready to withdraw. This is the figure your Request payout button acts on.
Recent earnings that are still settling. The card shows the date they unlock and become available.
Money reserved while a payout request is being processed. When you request a payout, your available balance moves here until the wire is complete.

How fees work

Each headline card breaks your earnings down into Gross (the total your learners paid), Fees, and your net amount. Fees include the Vixi platform fee and the payment processor’s fee. Your platform fee depends on your plan: Pro charges a 6% platform fee on sales, while Premium charges 0%. The amount you actually take home is always shown as the net figure on the page, so you never have to do the math yourself.
A $25 international wire fee plus your own bank’s currency-exchange (FX) costs are deducted by your receiving bank when a payout arrives — these are separate from the platform and processing fees shown on the page. See Premium and subscription for how your plan affects your platform fee.

Set up your bank details

Before you can receive a payout, Vixi needs to know where to send the money. You set this up in the Bank beneficiary section.
1

Open the bank details form

In the Bank beneficiary section, click Edit bank details.
2

Fill in your account information

Enter your Bank name, Bank country, Account number, IBAN or routing number, SWIFT / BIC, Beneficiary name, and Beneficiary address. Each field has a short hint under it to guide the format.
3

Save

Click Save. You’ll see a confirmation that your bank details are ready.
For your security, sensitive fields like your account number and IBAN are masked after you save — only the last few digits are shown. If you ever edit your details, you’ll need to re-enter the masked fields in full.
Your bank details are stored encrypted. If you switch banks, return to this section and click Edit bank details to update them.

Request a payout

Once your Available balance reaches $100, the Request payout button becomes active.
1

Reach the threshold

You can request a payout once your available balance reaches $100. The Payout threshold progress bar fills as your available balance grows, and the page tells you exactly how much more you need to reach it.
2

Click Request payout

Find the Request payout button in the Available to withdraw card and click it.
3

Add bank details if prompted

If you haven’t set up your bank account yet, you’ll be prompted to add your bank details first. Click Edit bank details, fill in the form, then request again.
4

Confirmation

When the request goes through, you’ll see a confirmation that your payout is on its way. Your available balance moves into Pending while the wire is processed.
You can only have one payout in progress at a time. While a request is being processed, the Request payout button stays disabled until that payout completes or you confirm you’ve received it.

Following your payout

When a payout is in progress, a timeline card appears at the top of the page showing where it is:
  1. Payout requested — you submitted your request.
  2. Approved by Vixi — your request has been reviewed.
  3. Wire sent — the bank transfer has been initiated.
  4. Funds received — the money has landed in your account.
The timeline updates on its own while the page is open, so you’ll see it advance as your payout moves along without needing to refresh. When the wire has been sent, the card shows an estimated arrival date and an I received this button. Funds typically land 5–7 business days from approval.
Click I received this only after the money has actually landed in your bank account. You’ll be asked to confirm, since this marks the payout complete and lets the Vixi team know.

If a payout fails

If a wire can’t be completed, the timeline card shows a Payout failed message with the reason. Your balance is returned to Available, so you can fix the issue (for example, correct your bank details) and request again.

Per-course earnings

The By course table breaks down your lifetime earnings for each paid course, showing:
  • Purchases — how many times the course has sold.
  • Refunds — how many purchases were refunded.
  • Net earned — what you’ve earned from that course after fees and refunds.

Download your annual statement

Need a record for your taxes or accountant? The Annual statement section lets you download a CSV summary of every paid purchase, refund, and payout for a chosen year.
1

Pick a year

Use the dropdown to choose the year you want. The most recent completed years are available.
2

Download the CSV

Click Download CSV. The file downloads straight to your device, named for the year you selected.
Your annual statement is a summary to share with your accountant. Vixi is not a tax advisor — please consult a professional for tax questions.
