When you have a question or an idea, Vixi gives you a few ways to reach the team and to shape what gets built next. Everything lives in the left sidebar under Chat With Us and Request Feature.

Where to find help

Open the left sidebar in the course creator at https://create.vixiai.co. Two items take you to everything in this page:

Chat With Us

Get help, book a walkthrough, or email the support team.

Request Feature

Suggest a feature and upvote ideas from other creators.

Get help and contact support

Select Chat With Us in the sidebar. The page heading reads We’ve got your back!, and you’ll see your support options. You can also reach everything directly with the links below.

Book a demo

Grab a 30-minute walkthrough of the AI course maker.

Email support

Book a demo

Select the Book a demo card to open a scheduling page in a new tab and pick a time. The call runs about 30 minutes, and the team walks you through the AI course maker live. This is a good fit if you’d rather be shown around than read a guide.

Contact us

Select the Contact Us card to open a short pop-up with the support email address, support@vixiai.co. Send an email to that address and the customer support team will respond.
1

Open the support page

Select Chat With Us in the sidebar.
2

Open the contact pop-up

Select the Contact Us card.
3

Email support

The pop-up shows the support email address — support@vixiai.co. Send your email there, then select Okay to close the pop-up.
Email is the right channel for account questions, billing, anything that needs a personal reply, or a problem that the Help Center doesn’t cover.
The Book a demo link opens in a new tab, so your work in Vixi stays open in the original tab.

Request a feature

Vixi has a public feature board where you can suggest improvements and vote on what other creators have asked for. Select Request Feature in the sidebar to open it. The board is titled Give us your feedback.

Suggest something new

1

Open the request form

Select the Request Feature button at the top of the board.
2

Add a short title

In Short title, describe your idea in very few words.
3

Add the details

In Details, briefly describe the problem you’re facing and how the feature would help.
4

Attach a picture (optional)

Use Attach picture to add one or more screenshots if they help explain your idea. This step is optional.
5

Submit

Select Submit. You’ll see a confirmation that your request was added to the board. To close without sending, select Cancel instead.
A clear title and a sentence or two about why you need the feature help the team understand and prioritise your request.

Upvote ideas you want

Each idea on the board has an upvote button showing its current vote count. Select it to add your vote; the count goes up and the button highlights. Select it again to remove your vote. Voting tells the team which ideas matter most to creators like you. Select Read more on any idea to open its full description and any attached screenshots.

See your own requests

Select Your requests (under View your requests on the board) to see a list of the ideas you’ve submitted.
The feature board is shared across creators, so the ideas and vote counts you see reflect the whole community, not just your account.
