Vixi gives you a free plan to start with, and paid plans for when you want to create more, sell your courses, and reach a bigger audience. This page explains the plans, how to upgrade, and how to manage or cancel your subscription.

The plans

Vixi has three plans: Free, Pro, and Premium. You start on Free, and you can upgrade whenever you’re ready. Plans are billed monthly or yearly, with yearly billing roughly 15% cheaper than paying monthly. Prices are dynamic, so the live amounts and the Monthly / Yearly options are always shown on the plans page — open Go Premium in the sidebar at https://create.vixiai.co and go to the plans page to see what you’ll pay. Here’s how the three tiers compare on the things most creators care about:

The comparison above reflects the limits built into the app today. The plans page (open Go Premium in the sidebar at https://create.vixiai.co) is always the source of truth — check it for current pricing and any updates to what each plan includes.
On the Free plan you can’t generate custom photo avatars (0 per month), but you can still use Vixi’s 6 bundled default avatars at no cost. See Avatars and voice for how that works.

Where you’ll see upgrade prompts

You don’t have to go looking for the Premium screen — Vixi surfaces it at the moments it’s relevant:
  • Go Premium in the sidebar takes you to the Premium screen at any time. On a paid plan, the same area shows your current plan.
  • When you reach a plan limit (for example, trying to generate a custom avatar on the Free plan), an Upgrade your plan window opens right where you are, so you can upgrade and continue without losing your place.
  • After you generate your first course on the Free plan, Vixi may invite you to upgrade to keep creating and publishing.

The Premium screen

Open Go Premium from the sidebar to reach the Premium screen at https://create.vixiai.co/premium.
You’ll see the headline Create more. Earn more., a short summary of what upgrading unlocks, and feature cards highlighting custom photo avatars, more AI-built courses, selling your courses, and bringing your voice into lessons. Select Try Vixi Premium to go to the plans page and choose a plan.

Upgrade your plan

You can upgrade from the plans page or from the in-app upgrade window — both use Stripe to handle payment securely.

Open the plans page

Select Try Vixi Premium (Free) or Upgrade to Premium (Pro) from the Premium screen, or Upgrade to your next plan from subscription settings. This opens the plan comparison at https://create.vixiai.co/premium/plans.

Choose monthly or yearly

Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle at the top of the comparison. Yearly is roughly 15% cheaper than monthly, so you pay less over the year.

Pick a plan

Select Switch to Pro or Switch to Premium under the plan you want. Your current plan is labelled Your current plan, and Vixi only ever offers you an upgrade here — there’s no downgrade button on this page.

Pay securely with Stripe

Enter your payment details in Stripe’s checkout. From the plans page this opens Stripe’s hosted checkout; from the in-app upgrade window it’s an embedded checkout that keeps you inside Vixi.

Wait for activation

After payment, Vixi shows Activating your plan… for a moment while your upgrade is confirmed. When it’s done you’ll see a celebration with everything you just unlocked. If activation takes longer than expected, you can select Refresh status, or close the window — your upgrade will still apply shortly.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Vixi never sees or stores your full card details.

Manage your subscription

Go to Settings → Subscription (https://create.vixiai.co/settings/subscription) to see your current plan and manage billing.
  • Billing & invoices — Select Manage to open Stripe’s billing portal, where you can update your card, download receipts, and view your billing history.
  • Upgrade to (Pro or Premium) — A shortcut to the plans page, shown whenever you’re not already on the top plan.

Cancel your subscription

If you’re on a paid plan, a Cancel subscription section appears in subscription settings.

Start the cancellation

Select Cancel subscription, then confirm in the window that appears.

Keep your plan until the period ends

Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
After cancelling, you’ll move to the Free plan, which has tighter limits — for example, 1 published course (versus 4 on Pro or 8 on Premium) and no custom avatar generation. Make sure your courses and learner numbers fit within the Free limits, or stay on a paid plan to keep everything live.
Changed your mind? You can re-subscribe at any time from the plans page.

Selling courses and platform fees

Selling paid courses is a paid-plan feature. On Pro, Vixi keeps a 6% platform fee on your sales; on Premium, there’s no platform fee (0%), so you keep the full amount. For how your earnings build up and how to withdraw them, see Earnings & payouts and Learners & monetization.
Each plan has a limit on how many courses you can keep published (1 on Free, 4 on Pro, 8 on Premium) and how many learners they can have. If you move to a lower plan, check that your live courses fit within that plan’s limits.
On Pro, Vixi keeps a 6% platform fee on each sale. On Premium, the platform fee is 0%, so you keep the full amount. Payout details (withdrawals, fees, and timing) are covered on the Earnings & payouts page.
Pricing and billing periods are shown on the plans page (yearly is roughly 15% cheaper than monthly), and your card and billing history are managed through Stripe’s billing portal (open it from subscription settings).
Activation happens a moment after payment. If it hasn’t updated, select Refresh status on the upgrade window, or reopen subscription settings shortly after — your upgrade applies automatically.
