https://create.vixiai.co, you land in the Vixi educator app. This is your home base for creating courses, managing your authors and avatars, tracking earnings, and more. This page walks you through the navigation sidebar and your My Courses page so you always know where to find things.
The sidebar
The menu on the left side of every screen is your main way to move around the app. It stays with you wherever you go. The top group takes you to the core areas of your account:| Menu item | What it’s for |

Add knowledge sources
Bring in LinkedIn posts, X posts, and documents to ground your courses.

The My Courses page
My Courses is your default landing page and the place you’ll come back to most. It gives you an overview of everything you’ve created.Hosting stats
Near the top, two cards summarize your hosting:- You are currently hosting — the number of courses you’ve published and made available to learners.
- You can still host — how many more courses you can publish on your current plan. If you’d like room for more, select Increase Limit to see your upgrade options.
The number of courses you can host depends on your plan — 1 published course at once on Free, 4 on Pro, and 8 on Premium. If you’re not sure how many slots you have left, the You can still host card always shows the current count.
Filtering your courses
Three tabs let you narrow the list by visibility:- All — every course you’ve made, both public and unlisted (this is the default view).
- Public — courses that are live and visible to learners on the Vixi learner platform.
- Unlisted — courses that aren’t shown publicly, such as drafts you’re still working on or finished courses you’ve chosen to keep private.
Course cards
Each course appears as a card showing its avatar image, its visibility status (a Public or Unlisted badge), and its title. Select any card to open that course, where you can edit its info, edit its lessons, change its avatar, and manage publishing and sharing.Make your changes
From the course page you can update its details, lessons, and avatar, and control whether it’s published.

If you haven’t made anything yet, My Courses shows a friendly prompt with a Create Course button. Selecting it starts the AI wizard — the same as choosing Create Course in the sidebar.The course creation wizard
